Peter Vanngwyn (born 1959, Saigon) is a self-taught painter and photographer. He immigrated to Canada in 1979 after the Vietnam War ended and pursued photography in Europe before returning to Vietnam in 2010. Since discovering painting in 2016, Peter has used art as a means of seeking inner freedom and expressing emotions. He creates with dynamic energy and various materials.
